• MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION: Flame Resistant fabric made of 88% Cotton and 12% Nylon twill. Fabric weight is 7 oz. Fabric meets ASTM F1506 for Arc Flash and NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) for Flash Fire standards. Arc Flash rating (ATPV) is 12 cal / cm2 and meets HRC 2 rating. Garment is UL CERTIFIED and compliant with NFPA 2112 / HRC 2. 2” FR reflective tape is ANSI / ISEA 107 compliant. Fabric is mercerized to minimize shrinkage and maximize comfort, safety, and durability.
• DESIGN & SIZING: Full sleeve design with heavy duty 2 way YKK Brass FR zipper. Action back pleats and 2” High Visibility FR Reflective tape (ANSI / ISEA 107). Features 2 breast pockets with flaps and snap closures, 2 quarter cut swing front pockets, 2 patch hip pockets, a utility pocket on right thigh, and a pen / cell phone pocket on the left arm. Also includes side vents, a pen slot on the left breast pocket, elastic on sides for a better fit, and a 4” hammer loop. Manufactured to US Standard Size Charts. Please refer to Size Chart Image.
• COMPLIANCE: Compliant with NFPA 2112 (ASTM F 1930) for Flash Fire and ASTM F1506 (D6413 + F1959) for Arc Flash. HRC 2 with an ATPV of 12 cal / cm2. Also meets ANSI / ISEA 107 Class 3 compliance, and is UL Certified (check labels for UL Stamp). All our NFPA 2112 / HRC 2 garments are identified by a 3 point labeling system.
• WASH / CARE INSTRUCTIONS: FR cotton based fabrics must be well cared for to extend life and minimize shrinkage. Follow the Wash and Care instructions provided. Our fabrics are mercerized to minimize shrinkage, but it is recommended to wash in mild temperatures with mild detergents to extend life. For garments worn on top of other garments or for a looser / comfort fit, or if your garments will undergo routine industrial washes, we recommend going up one size on the garment.
